Common Questions
The rules of this program are expressed inside the content. The only rules are that you follow the directions even if you finish earlier than the allotted time. You do not have to worry about grammar, spelling, punctuation, proper writing style, or content. We ask though unless there is a disability or other limiting reason, please ONLY write by hand on paper. The most effects according to research result from handwriting.
If you cannot manage your symptoms when you feel distressed when thinking about the memory, please seek the advice of a therapist. You may enroll in the I-MBSR program to learn how to manage emotions and self-regulate.
You will be billed a one-time fee. Refunds will not be issued after one signs up for the program due to being digital content.
This program is not intended to assess, diagnose, or treat any particular mental health disorder. These podcasts are for educational purposes only. Please schedule an appointment if you do have mental health concerns.
This program has been modeled after scientifically researched, evidence-based studies where individuals with PTSD symptoms showed a reduction in symptoms over five writing sittings.
If you do not know how to manage your emotions when you are overwhelmed, it is suggested that you enroll in the I-MBSR program to begin building skills.
This course is fully published, and you may join any time. It is self-paced, on-demand content.
